In the app (easiest)
- Family sync data: Manage profiles › 🔄 Sync › “🗑 Delete sync data from the server” (press twice).
- The install-report record: TV settings › ☁ Install & licence, or “Appearance” in the mushaf › “🗑 Stop install reports and delete the record” (press twice).
- What is on the device: clear the app’s data in the device settings, or uninstall the app.

Licence data and anything else
Licence data is needed while the licence runs, and is deleted automatically 24 months after it ends. To have it deleted, or to get a copy of your data or correct it, write to us with the install id or the last 4 digits of the activation code. We answer within 30 days.
A copy may remain in Cloudflare’s backups for up to 30 days, and then disappears.
